The rooms are clean but a bit cramped without proper TV controls, and our bathroom tap had issues regulating temperature. The service was consistently friendly and attentive despite a slow check-in/check-out process. The dining experience was off-site at a nearby bistro, which was a nice touch. The location couldn't be better, just off Times Square and close to public transport. However, the room maintenance could use some improvement, and the lack of control over the TV was inconvenient.
